These photos are in honor of Alex and her child she lost to miscarriage. The earth around her may be crumbling but she stands strong in the hope of Christ and the promise that one day she will be reunited with her child in Heaven. We know this pain is not what God intended but the world is fallen and horrible things do happen. At the same time, there is also life and joy and hope, which is symbolized by the yellow flowers.
In these photos Alex was actually pregnant with her third baby who came into the world this summer. 💛
