the easiest muffins you can make

I have never been into baking or cooking, so when I have to bring something to a family or friend gathering, I have my go-to spread. If you've been to a brunch with me, or maybe you've done a portrait shoot with me where I've made snacks, then you've probably tasted my pumpkin or chocolate muffins. I get compliments on them and people ask me for the recipe. It's actually so easy, I know it off the top of my head! I originally got the recipe from my grandma.

So, I am sharing my *secret* easiest muffins you can make recipe with you guys because I like you and thought you might need an easy, yummy recipe during the holidays. Trust me. If I can make them, anyone can.

Ingredients:

1 can of pure pumpkin

1 box of Spice Cake Mix for pumpkin muffins

OR 1 box of Milk Chocolate Cake Mix for chocolate muffins

{I use Betty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mixes}.

1/4 cup of water

Mix everything together and put in muffin tin. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 350. It should make 12 muffins.

You can add cinnamon chips or chocolate chips into the muffins before baking, or add a sprinkling of brown sugar to the top of the pumpkin muffins before baking for extra sweetness.

That's literally it. Enjoy!!
