When Laine contacted me about taking new head shots for her, I couldn't hide my excitement! Laine is a breath of fresh air. That is honestly the best way I can think to describe her. She is intelligent, motivated, kind, hardworking and gorgeous. She loves art, cats, dogs, and going on adventures. I felt honored to work with her! As we planned her shoot, we decided WeWork in Kansas City would be the perfect location. Thirty minutes before her photo shoot, I received an email from her saying WeWork was getting ready to do a fire drill! We didn't want to be stranded on the sidewalk, so we quickly decided to shoot at Messenger Coffee down the street instead. It was my first time at Messenger Coffee and let me tell you, it is three stories of coffee glory. The outside deck had breathtaking views of Kansas City and the inside had dreamy natural light. We were in heaven as we laughed our way through the shoot. It just shows you that at the end of the day, everything works out! (Even though I still want to see the inside of WeWork someday). 😊
