Encanto was Pepper’s first movie she watched in a movie theater, and soon after when it came onto Disney+, she loved watching it at home, and listening to the music, and playing with their toys. Plus, Pepper is OUR miracle and her life is such a gift, so we decided to throw her an Encanto party for her 2nd birthday!
I had fun decorating our home for her party, incorporating a lot of butterflies and flowers. The plates I found online reminded me of the ones the Madrigal family uses for their meals. I love how the miracle candle turned out too. (I simply printed out the design and wrapped it around a candle). I designed Pepper’s birthday yard sign and also made her a “door” to put on our front door.
I ordered a simple white cake from Classy Chocolates and added the gold butterflies, dipped pretzels in colorful chocolate, and Michael made a lot of brownies. Michael had the idea to have nachos too, which was the perfect Colombian touch.
Pepper's dress is from @taylorjoelledesigns, who has excellent customer service and helped get her dress to us in time for her party.
I am so thankful for my miracle daughter, and all of our family who love her and were able to come together and celebrate her life!
