If you are too busy to laugh, you are too busy.
Nowadays I feel like people like to literally compete on who is the most busy.
Person #1: "I am so busy."
Person #2: "I am so so sooo busy. And tired."
Person #3: "Well I haven't slept in 48 hours, plus I had to work 18 hours straight and then I had to cook a three course meal for 100 people."
You get where I'm going, right?
Is being so busy really a great thing? I mean, I understand we shouldn't be passionless in life, just sitting around wasting our days away. However, if you don't have time to sit, relax with a cup of tea, read, do yoga, take a nap, play a video game or do whatever else helps you relieve stress, I highly suggest taking time to do so every single day.
Little Bryson does not have this issue at all. He jumped into the studio and immediately brightened the room with his laugh!
