In 2017 I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Jan Gephardt--an accomplished Kansas City author and artist who loves dogs and is currently working on a multi-book series. Jan exhibits many talents including teaching, marketing, and graphic design. (Let me tell you, I watched Jan just casually doodle on scrap paper and was mesmerized by her elegant drawings). Jan's fantasy artwork has been featured in regional sf conventions since 1981, and her unique paper sculptures have been featured in regional one-person shows, and juried into national shows all over the United States! Once you meet Jan, you can tell she is extremely fun and down-to-earth. We instantly connected through our creative careers and had a blast preparing for and shooting her new branding head shots.
