B A L A N C E.

I think finding life balance is one of my 2018 themes. I'm trying to become better at balancing my time, setting goals and remembering what is really important in life. Some days I still feel like I am being pulled in a million different directions and at the end of the day I wonder, "What did I actually accomplish? Did I spend my time wisely? How does a day go by soooooo quickly?" Yesterday I was listening to a podcast and they referenced the quote, "How we spend our days is how we spend our lives." THIS is why balance is so important. How we spend our minutes, hours, days, weeks, and months will eventually become our life story. What do YOU want your life story to be?

Personally, I want to live my life fearlessly for God. I want to be the best photographer I can be. I want to be selfless + caring + generous + inventive. I want to use my talents for good, create an impact + make people smile. I want to spend time with Michael + family + friends. This year I have taken steps in the right direction like going to church regularly again, decreasing my hours at my office job, trying to give back more, connecting with more people, and allowing myself to really dream + set goals. Every day is a new opportunity to do our best, have patience with ourselves and enjoy life. Now I want to hear YOUR current goals, and if you have any tips on maintaining life balance. Let's journey together!
